We have purchased 6 rings since 1986 and every single time we walk through the door, we get the highest level of customer service and excellent quality diamonds and gold pieces. Recently we had to get rings resized and again, the staff were absolutely wonderful and communicated regularly about the quotation and job completion. We highly recommend the fabulous store in the city - great diamonds (I love my rings) and love talking with Ron again when we picked up our rings.

My engagement, wedding and eternity rings were all handmade at Diamonds International. I just celebrated my 25th wedding anniversary and I came in to see Vikas who helped me design a revamped version of my three rings. I now have a white gold ring, instead of yellow gold and all my original diamonds were used. I am in love with my new ring, which marks my silver anniversary, but still honouring my original rings by using the same beautiful diamonds.

We started our journey with Diamonds International in 2010 when they designed & made my engagement ring, then my wedding ring & eternity band a few years later. More recently we went back to them to update/upgrade my existing engagement ring by adding a halo of diamonds around the centre emerald cut diamond. It was a special process to see something so meaningful to us, elevated into something even more stunning. Amanda was amazing in handling the process for us and shared in my excitement alongside with me. Thank you to the DI team again for another stunning piece, can't wait to see what the next one will be!

We bought our wedding bands here. Devi was extremely helpful letting us try on various styles and sizes. We found something we liked - a rose gold with diamond channel set for myself and a white gold and titanium for the hubs. We were very happy with the quality and price. Devi was an absolute pleasure to work with, she also has a sense of humour to deal with the grumpy hubs who complains about having to duck out during lunch hour to go ring shopping... #husbandduties #firstworldproblem

I brought my wife's engagement and wedding rings in today to be cleaned and checked and recieved some good advice about reducing the wear on the rings. Whilst waiting I was offered a complimentary clean of my wedding ring as well. Amazing service, I've always found the customer service at Diamonds International to be amazing.

The place we ended up getting engagement ring. It was 100% customemade so a lot of details had to be sorted out and it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. Of course I kept coming back for other items and each time I could find exactly what I wanted at a great price and outstanding professional assistance.

Fantastic experience at Diamonds International Brisbane. Ron suggested combining three ring designs to create something unique, and the final result is absolutely stunning. The CAD render looked great, but the finished ring exceeded my expectations. Perfect fit, beautiful design - highly recommend being open to their ideas!
